The best product work starts with people: understanding who you're building for and what they actually need. That's been my craft for twenty years. It's also the same instinct that led me to train as a death doula and help people shape what they leave behind. Different rooms, one belief: the most important work is human.

• How to Talk to Users: I coach your team through the conversations, with live feedback, that get at the real need, so you build the right thing.

• Team offsites and working sessions: I design and lead sessions that bring people together and get them aligned on what's true, their purpose and goals, and what's next.

• Accelerate Fit Intensive: I run a half-day intensive to de-risk your biggest product decisions, whether you're finding your way to product-market fit or scaling it.

• Advisory and one-off sessions: I'm your ongoing thought partner, or I drop in for a single focused session when that's all you need.
